January
Annual HOA Meeting This is a proxy meeting to elect new Board members
and ratify the annual budget. This meeting is held the 3rd Monday in January.
You will be notified of this meeting via US Postal mail 2 weeks before the
meeting occurs. We encourage you to come to this meeting and if you can
not attend, please send your proxy vote in with a neighbor or you can sent
it to Management Specialists and have a Board member vote for you. We need
12% of the homeowners voting to hold this meeting.
The annual meeting was held on January 26th, 2004. Many homeowners decided
not to attend and did not send in their proxy votes. In order to not reschedule
the meeting, a few homeowners had to leave the meeting and collect votes
because we did not meet quorum. Rescheduling the meeting costs the HOA
money and it is inconvenient for the people we have invited to the meeting
to answer questions for you. Please come to this meeting or send in your
votes.

date: April 10th
Roxborough Community Park (East side of Rampart Range)
This event is put on by the Village Boosters. Our HOA donated to this
community wide event so please go and enjoy it.
Bring a basket, meet your neighbors and bring a camera because the Easter
Bunny will be there. The Village Boosters have ordered 500 more eggs per
age group this year. It should be fun!
There will be prizes, raffles, food, and local vendors.
The hunt is divided into age groups for safety reasons. The fun will
kick off at the following times:
Ages 2-3 from 11:00 - 11:15
Ages 4-6 from 11:20 - 11:35
Ages 7-9 from 11:40 - 11:55
Ages 10^ from 12:00 - 12:15
Please sign your child up for the age group raffle. One child from each
age group will receive the grand prize at the end of their age groups
hunt. Look for the sign up boards by the egg hunt area. You must sin up
and be present to win.
Local Business Opportunities
Local businesses are encouraged to donate Easter baskets for a raffle.
